What a result should tell you
A result needs more context than a sold sign.
Price matters. So do the starting point, the choices available, the costs, the terms and whether the move worked for the person making it.
Take a closer look ↓Ask what the number is being compared with.
A sale above asking compares a result with a chosen asking price. It does not, by itself, establish market value or prove that every available dollar was achieved.
When assessing a result, ask about comparable properties, condition, timing, costs and the terms of the agreement. A percentage is not the whole transaction.
A useful case study explains the decision.
The clearest story begins with the situation and the serious alternatives. It explains what was chosen, why it was chosen and what happened afterwards.
When I publish a client story, it should be based on real work, documented figures where used and permission for every personal detail. Sensitive information should stay private.
Your result begins with your requirements.
The right timing, manageable risk and a workable next home can matter alongside price. Name those requirements before comparing agents or strategies.
You can ask me how I would approach the decisions in your situation, what is included and which parts remain uncertain. That discussion should stand on its own without a slogan doing the work.
