What information should I send?

For an enquiry, share your name, email, optional phone number, the type of help you want and the question you want to work through. That is usually enough to start.

Do not send account statements, identification, legal documents, health information or sensitive family details through a website form. If documents are needed, agree on the right way to share them first.

What happens with calculators and tools?

The calculators and buyer brief are designed for planning. The numbers you type into those tools stay in your browser while you use the page. Reloading the page clears those entries.

External links, social platforms, government websites and property websites have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before submitting information there.

How do I ask about information I shared?

For questions about information you have shared, contact Omar at letsdothis@sellwithomar.ca. Explain the request without attaching unnecessary sensitive documents.

Some real-estate records may need to be kept for legal, brokerage or transaction reasons. Omar can help route the question to the appropriate process.
